Lack of service charge resolution team.
EEH are about the only RSL that does not have a resolution or arbitration team, the main board refused one, why? Under LBTH we had a resolution team and to their credit when LBTH transferred their remaining properties to Tower Hamlets Homes set up an independent arbitration service. EEH Leaseholders Association tried to get recognition from the EEH main board, it was refused, why? Divide and conquer?? Leaseholders need to know how many leaseholders are being threatened with court or LVT, EEH will not tell us as everything connected with them appears to be a state secret! So if you have a problem regarding your service charges, PUT IT ON THIS FORUM! Lets get some information and find out how deep the problem is.
