Anti Social Behaviour Procedure

EastendHomes has engaged Housemark, a specialist consultancy, to undertake a review of the way in which it deals with anti-social behaviour to ensure that the service continues to improve.

We are particularly keen to find out what residents think about the following:

1. What do you think works well with how EastendHomes deals with anti-social behaviour?

2. If you could change one thing that would improve the EastendHomes anti-social behaviour service, what would it be?
