EastendHomes presented with Resident Involvement Accreditation award by TPAS Chief Executive

last modified  03/04/2012 15:45 PM

On 26th March TPAS Chief Executive Michelle Reid visited the newly-opened Brokesley Street development in Mile End, where she formally presented an award to recognise the achievement of meeting the Resident Involvement Quality standard. The award was received on behalf of EastendHomes by our vice-Chair, and TPAS Tenant of the Year 2010, Bernard Cameron.

The rigorous accreditation process included a series of reality checks to ensure that EastendHomes meet their published standards for resident involvement, in practice as well as on paper.

Michelle emphasised that TPAS set rigorous standards for landlords and have checked EastendHomes submission thoroughly. She congratulated the residents and officers of EastendHomes on their achievement.

On accepting the award, Bernard thanked TPAS for attending and stated that he was accepting the award on behalf of the EastendHomes staff who work hard to keep residents involved in all that they do.
