Holland Fun Day

Holland Fun Day

EastendHomes and Attlee Youth and Community Centre organised a Fun Day and Barbeque which took place on Saturday, 5th July 2008 from 12 noon to 5pm at the AYC Centre.

The aim was to bring residents together to meet neighbours and also to find out what services are available for residents of Holland Estate and Spitalfields/Banglatown.

The activities include: aerobics, football (West Ham FC), Tae Kwon Do, karate, boxing, henna painting, face painting, under-fives Stay and Play. EastendHomes also held an exhibition on Phase 2 of the proposal for regeneration works on Holland Estate which is part of an on-going programme of works to bring all the properties up to the Decent Homes Standard Plus. The event was a success. Lots of residents turned up with families of all ages.
