New Lettings Policy

**All residents registered on the Common Housing Register in Tower Hamlets will shortly receive a letter telling them how the new lettings policy will affect their application. If you have any questions regarding the new policy and how it affects you, contact the Lettings Policy Call Centre on:

All providers of social housing in Tower Hamlets, together with Tower Hamlets Council, work together to allocate housing to residents when it becomes available. The policy which determines how properties are let is being modified, as public consultation had revealed that many people were unhappy with how the previous system works. The new lettings policy became active on the 29th October 2010.
