2013/14 Satisfaction Survey: The Results Are In

EastendHomes would like to thank all of the tenants and leaseholders who responded to our annual satisfaction survey. We received more responses than ever before this year and all of your answers and comments have been read.

We are pleased to let you know that more of our tenants than ever before told us that they were satisfied with our services. 84% of tenants were ‘very satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’, up from 82.5% last year and continuing the trend of improved results in the last few years.

Tenant satisfaction with several key services has also increased compared to last year. 78.3% of our tenants were satisfied with the repairs service (up 2%); 68.6% of our tenants found their rent to be good value for money (up 1.7%); 79.2% of our tenants were satisfied with the estate cleaning service (up 1.8%); and 65.8% of tenants believed that EastendHomes listened to their views and acted upon them (up 2.3%).

Overall satisfaction levels for our leaseholders showed a very slight fall, at 54.8% this year after rising substantially to 56.5% last year, although this still represents a strong result compared to previous years. We were pleased that this year more than 20% of leasehold properties responded to our survey, more than double the previous year’s return.
