St Georges Estate meeting at 7pm the OAP Club – Swedenborg Gardens Wednesday 16th December
- ANNUAL SERVICE CHARGES ARE GOING THROUGH THE ROOF
- PLANS TO REPAIR OUR BLOCKS WILL BANKRUPT US
- THE BIG IDEA OF A COMMUNITY -LED LANDLORD IS AT RISK
Leaseholders & Freeholders from all EeH estates have come together to form a new association that will represent them across the Borough. The next step will be for EeH to formally recognize our new association. It is important to have as much support as possible to what we are doing, as it is the only way to make EeH to start listening to us.
I would kindly request you to attend tomorrow’s meeting as it is important to show to EeH that we mean serious business about leaseholders and freeholders having their own representative association that will hold EeH accountable to a large number of escalating problems.
Glamis Estate meeting took place at 7pm in Glamis Community Hall yesterday
Corner of Glamis Rd and Cable Street, Shadwell E1W, by the Surestart Children’s Centre
Andrew Coles from the Tower Hamlets Leaseholders Association spoke about building up our own borough-wide group to represent and safeguard the rights and interests of all EastendHomes Leaseholders and Freeholders across EastendHomes Estates
Local Councillors Abjol Miah and Tim Archer were be there to hear your views on EastendHomes and the housing service it is providing and answered your questions on what can be done to make EastendHomes more accountable to Tower Hamlets residents
This is your chance to have your say, find out more about others’ views and what you can do to help EEHLFA achieve its goals for 2010 and beyond – first up is recognition from EastendHomes that leaseholders and freeholders are major stakeholders in the plans for our estates and that is only through genuine partnership with us that these can be taken forward to the benefit of all.
